    Summery cocktail made with strawberries, raspberries, lime juice, white rum, lemon-lime soda and garnished with fresh mint. These Strawberry Cocktails are refreshing on a summer’s day.

    This is a really easy summer berry cocktail recipe. Super simple to make with simple ingredients. Use fresh or frozen berries- whatever you have available. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and fresh raspberries. For summer drink recipes I love adding these adorable floral paper straws!

    How to make Strawberry Cocktails

    Step 1: In a small saucepan over low to medium heat, combine the raspberries, strawberries, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves and berries soften.

    Step 2: Press the mixture through a wire mesh strainer. Let the juice cool. Discard the pulp and seeds.

    Step 3: In a pouring pitcher, combine the berry juices with rum and lime juice.

    Step 4: Divide the ice cubes evenly among 4 to 6 glass tumblers or cocktail glasses. Pour the mixture evenly over the ice in each glass. Top with lemon-lime soda, and garnish with fresh mint and raspberries.
