    How to marinate chicken

It’s so simple! Just throw all of the marinade ingredients into a large Ziploc bag and press around with your fingers. Flatten the chicken a little, then toss it into the marinate. Place the bag into the refrigerator for 4 hours and up to 24 hours.

The longer you let it sit, the more moist and flavorful the chicken will become.

Chicken is so much better when you let it marinate in a great marinade. I love citrus with poultry and I bet the taste is fantastic. Lots of flavors coming together for one great dish.

Thanks for sharing. Make sure that the sparkling water doesn’t have any additives and aspartame. Some times when they do, they can sabotage your success. You may lose weight momentarily, but not be able to stick with. Aspartame, for example, doesn’t have calories, but cause hunger… I salute you for going a healthier rounte than you were before though! Good work and wishing you the best! 😀

Thanks for visiting! I am one who does not believe in any artificial sweeteners or additives, because it is terrible and has been known to cause cancer. This is an all natural product. Hope you enjoy this chicken sandwich!

        Didn’t know that about Aspartame!
I’m diabetic and recently bought a sweetener that contains it! I was actually looking for my usual choice and grabbed it by mistake ?! Thanks for the info!
