All-purpose or pastry flour are the best for making pie crust. Don't overwork the dough so you'll have a flaky crust. Keep ingredients cold!

Cut butter & lard into the dry ingredients

You want pea-size pieces of fat

Refrigerate pie crust for 2 hours or overnight

Weave lattice crust (pre-cut strips to make it easy)

Brush pie gently with egg wash & sprinkle with sugar
