Use cast iron pan or regular pie dish
TIPS
Make the pie filling
Let pie filling cool completely
Roll out bottom crust & place in 9 ½-inch pie plate
Pour caramel sauce over pie filling
Weave lattice crust if desired
Brush with egg wash & sprinkle with sugar
Bake @ 400 degrees F for 1 hour
