In a blender, add the strawberries and blueberries. Add the lemon juice, sugar and hot water and blend together well. Using a large Pyrex measuring cup pour the mixture into Popsicle molds. Place the cover on and add wooden Popsicle sticks. Place in the freezer for about 6 hours or overnight.
To remove from the Popsicle mold, simply run warm water on the outside of the mold. They should pop out easily then. Put Popsicle into individual plastic baggies and into a large freezer bag. Pop into the freezer until you are ready to enjoy.
