  • 1 box instant lemon pudding mix 3.4 ounce
  • 2 cups whole milk cold
  • Blue Bunny Vanilla ice cream
  • Reddi-wip
  • fresh raspberries
  • fresh blackberries
  • fresh strawberries
  • fresh mint for garnish optional
  • Angel Food Cake loaf cut into small squares


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for a least 30 minutes.

To create Angel Berry Trifle Sundae

  1. Layer ingredients; spoon a tablespoon of prepared lemon pudding, a few pieces of Angel Food Cake, Blue Bunny Vanilla ice cream, fresh berries, and Reddi-wip. Continue this process until you have filled your dessert cups.

  2. Top the sundae with Reddi-wip, fresh berries, and fresh mint if desired. Enjoy immediately.
