Sour Cream
INGREDIENTS
granulated sugar
unsalted butter
large eggs
full-fat sour cream
all-purpose or cake flour
baking powder
salt
vanilla extract
fresh blueberries (optional)
Line 9x5-inch loaf pans with paper liners
Make crumb topping pressing ingredients together with fingers
Cream together the sugar and butter
Add vanilla, eggs & sour cream
Add flour and baking powder & combine
Fold in fruit of your choice or leave it out
Divide batter evenly into loaf pans
Spread crumb topping evenly over cake batter
Bake @ 350 degree F for 60 minutes
