with Gravy

INGREDIENTS

stew beef bacon olive oil dry red wine hot water beef base mushrooms onion powder garlic powder salt & black pepper cornstarch cold water

Brown the bacon

Dry stew beef with paper towels

Brown the beef

Sauté the mushrooms

Deglaze the pan with red wine

Thicken the juices to make gravy

Cook at 350 degrees F for 2 hours
